Dr. Amador has served as the Senior Pastor of Iglesia del Dios Vivo, now known as Ministerios Encuentro & Conexión in El Paso, Texas. He holds a Doctorate in Theology from Logos University in Jacksonville, Florida, as well as a Master’s degree in Christian Counseling. In May 2024, he was also awarded a Doctorate in Divinity from a university in Israel.

Dr. Amador is the founder of Shiloh Christian Academy and currently serves as the Board Chair of the School Board, providing spiritual and strategic leadership to the institution.

Throughout his ministry, he has preached and taught internationally in countries including Mexico, Cuba, Argentina, Nicaragua, Panama, the Dominican Republic, Peru, Israel, Japan, the Philippines, South Korea, Russia, India, Ethiopia, and across Europe.

He has been married to Elizama Valenzuela for over 50 years. Together, they have six children and five grandchildren.

Oscar M. Lopez serves as Assistant Pastor and Project Manager at Ministerios Encuentro & Conexión. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and dedicated over 35 years to the industry before retiring from his professional career.

He has been a committed member of the church for many years, and his children are graduates of Shiloh Christian Academy, reflecting his deep personal connection to the school’s mission and community.

Mr. Lopez is passionate about contributing to the continued growth and development of the school, with a special focus on helping students build strong character and personal development rooted in Christian values.

He currently serves as the Vice Chair of the School Board, supporting the leadership and strategic direction of Shiloh Christian Academy.

Sarai Barraza holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and brings valuable financial insight and organizational skills to her role. As an alumna of Shiloh Christian Academy, she has a deep-rooted connection to the school and its mission, and currently serves as Treasurer, supporting its financial stewardship.

She is passionate about serving the community and contributing to the continued growth and excellence of the school. Sarai is also an active member of Ministerios Encuentro & Conexión.

She currently serves as the Treasurer of the School Board.

Ana Maria Anchondo serves as Secretary and brings experience in editing books, manuals, and various written materials, contributing strong organizational and communication skills. She is actively involved in supporting the school through her administrative role and dedication to its daily operations.

Ana Maria is committed to contributing to the growth and success of Shiloh Christian Academy and is an active member of Ministerios Encuentro & Conexión.

She currently serves as the Secretary of the School Board

Andrea Gracia is a dedicated stay-at-home mother of three with a strong professional background in both healthcare and finance. She previously worked as a dental assistant for 10 years before earning her Associate’s degree in Accounting, after which she served in accounts payable and invoicing for an electric motor repair company. Her eldest son currently attends Shiloh Christian Academy, reflecting her family’s commitment to Christian education.

Andrea is passionate about academic excellence and believes in fostering a strong, supportive school environment for all students. She and her husband also serve as elders at Ministerios Encuentro & Conexión, actively investing in their church community.

She currently serves as a Member-at-Large of the School Board.
